The cat came back.

Yesterday, David was working at the table and he heard a meow out the back door. He looked over and there sat Tori looking for food. So he went and grabbed the cat food and opened the back door and she ran away again. WEIRD!!! So he shakes the bag and she comes up and loos at the bowl and he picked her up and brought her in. DUMB cat!!! She got lucky since last night was our snow we have been waiting for. She was clean, and didn't have a single mat in her fur so she kept herself nice while out for a run these last 20 days. She is a lot more friendly, wanting to be were you are. Wanting a ton of attention. She is getting along great with Melvin which is just weird since she hated him before she left, but she is being a stink to Cassie. So now Cassie is back to hiding under the bed and not wanting to be out again. She pulled this when we brought Melvin home. So hopefully she will come out of it real soon. I do have to say though that Tori has also turned into a cry baby. David left this morning to take Kalaree to school and Tori sat in the living room crying till I came out there and called her back into the bedroom and then she finally stopped crying.

Now this is by no means a buy these exact thing list. I figured I would gives some basic ideas and you can run from there. I am really getting into the shabby chic look for my kitchen. LOVE CRAIGSLIST

Since the new house has a room for each of the girls we ran into a slight problem. Basically how do you make two beds into three and one dresser into three. So I jumped on Craigslist this morning and found two twin size mattresses for $10 each and then another person had 2 box springs for $5 for both. I also found two dressers, nice ones at that for $20 and $40. So I furnished two rooms for $85. We already have a twin bed frame. So I figured I will keep my eyes open for another twin bed frame and keep the bunk beds together so that we have a spare bed for visitors. YES, I expect everyone to come stay with us at least once, we are the cool people. Kalaree is going to refinish (paint) one of the dressers and the bed frame that we have now for her beehive project. How cool is that. Not only does she now have a dresser but she also now has her beehive project to do. WOO HOO!!!!! I am really quite proud of myself to get all this stuff for such a great price and now I don't have to worry...

LOVE craigslist.

I was doing my usual cruise through craigslist tonight when I stumbeld upon a find. A family in a neighboring town is moving and needed to get rid of their loveseat. Slightly sunfaded is how they discribed it but it was free. Well to my surprise when I scrolled down to look guess what I found.... Yup the exact match to our living room set. It is sunfaded, it even looks purple in spots. But hey ours is not in the best of shape either so who cares. So now we finally have enough seats in our living room to have everyone sit without someone being on the floor or a kitchen chair.
