What I did today....

2 applications. One to Grand Coulee and one to Walla Walla. Nothing has opened up around here so maybe this really is way to get me moving along. I called Grand Coulee and she was so excited that I was aplying for the position, they have had not a single applicant, could be good and could be bad. Walla Walla had a full time and a part time available so that went out today. I have Battle Ground completed but I still need a couple more letters of recommendation. It is nice that really all I need to do is tweak the name and address at the top of my letter of interest and the rest can stay the same. We still have not heard from Red Lion, hopefully that will be soon. Keep up in your thoughts and prayers, I truly hate the job hunting thing.

You guys are the absolute best. The Lord has got to bless you for just being so wonderful! I just wanted to let you and Dave both know how much I appreciate you. You have been my saving grace the last 3 months, and I just appreciate all that you do and have done for me. I don't know what I'm going to do to not have you around when we're finally gone. You mean the world to me! Thanks for being so willing to help with McKay. It really is a huge weight off my mind to know that people care for him and are willing to help when he's not so easy!

I wish you both luck in the job hunt. The Lord definately has a plan for you, and I know that you both have the faith that He will bless you. You're always in my thoughts and prayers. I really do feel like you guys are like family! So you know I want the best for you!

Now this is by no means a buy these exact thing list. I figured I would gives some basic ideas and you can run from there. I am really getting into the shabby chic look for my kitchen. As you noticed in a previous post I have gotten a few things but I have a few more things I would love to have. These are just few. I like the white and the decorative look. LOVE CRAIGSLIST

Since the new house has a room for each of the girls we ran into a slight problem. Basically how do you make two beds into three and one dresser into three. So I jumped on Craigslist this morning and found two twin size mattresses for $10 each and then another person had 2 box springs for $5 for both. I also found two dressers, nice ones at that for $20 and $40. So I furnished two rooms for $85. We already have a twin bed frame. So I figured I will keep my eyes open for another twin bed frame and keep the bunk beds together so that we have a spare bed for visitors. YES, I expect everyone to come stay with us at least once, we are the cool people. Kalaree is going to refinish (paint) one of the dressers and the bed frame that we have now for her beehive project. How cool is that. Not only does she now have a dresser but she also now has her beehive project to do. WOO HOO!!!!! I am really quite proud of myself to get all this stuff for such a great price and now I don't have to worry...

LOVE craigslist.

I was doing my usual cruise through craigslist tonight when I stumbeld upon a find. A family in a neighboring town is moving and needed to get rid of their loveseat. Slightly sunfaded is how they discribed it but it was free. Well to my surprise when I scrolled down to look guess what I found.... Yup the exact match to our living room set. It is sunfaded, it even looks purple in spots. But hey ours is not in the best of shape either so who cares. So now we finally have enough seats in our living room to have everyone sit without someone being on the floor or a kitchen chair.
