Good news...

I am bummed when I get on my blog right now so I figured it was time for me to post a happy post. That way we don't have to keep seeing a sad one. Well we got new kitty. We haven't named him yet, actually we haven't actually brought him home yet. He is four weeks old and is still with his mom. Once he fully weans and is litterboxed trained then we can pick him up. The gal called yesterday and said he is starting to wean himself so that is a plus. I think he will be huge when he gets older. We grow them large in our house, just ask Mikaela. He is another orange tabby, short hair. Kezri wants to name him Cooper which I am not opposed to but I want to see what his personality is like first. Right now all we know is that he is a climber. He had two sisters that were calico and they were super sweet and I almost gave in and took one of them but I do really want an orange tabby. In the picture he is the orange one in the back the one closer up is his brother but he will have longer hair and I already deal with that with Tori no way was I going to have two.

I will definitely post a better picture when we have him home with us, it sounds like it will be closer to the end of this week. YEA!!!!!

Now this is by no means a buy these exact thing list. I figured I would gives some basic ideas and you can run from there. I am really getting into the shabby chic look for my kitchen. As you noticed in a previous post I have gotten a few things but I have a few more things I would love to have. These are just few. I like the white and the decorative look. LOVE CRAIGSLIST

Since the new house has a room for each of the girls we ran into a slight problem. Basically how do you make two beds into three and one dresser into three. So I jumped on Craigslist this morning and found two twin size mattresses for $10 each and then another person had 2 box springs for $5 for both. I also found two dressers, nice ones at that for $20 and $40. So I furnished two rooms for $85. We already have a twin bed frame. So I figured I will keep my eyes open for another twin bed frame and keep the bunk beds together so that we have a spare bed for visitors. YES, I expect everyone to come stay with us at least once, we are the cool people. Kalaree is going to refinish (paint) one of the dressers and the bed frame that we have now for her beehive project. How cool is that. Not only does she now have a dresser but she also now has her beehive project to do. WOO HOO!!!!! I am really quite proud of myself to get all this stuff for such a great price and now I don't have to worry...

LOVE craigslist.

I was doing my usual cruise through craigslist tonight when I stumbeld upon a find. A family in a neighboring town is moving and needed to get rid of their loveseat. Slightly sunfaded is how they discribed it but it was free. Well to my surprise when I scrolled down to look guess what I found.... Yup the exact match to our living room set. It is sunfaded, it even looks purple in spots. But hey ours is not in the best of shape either so who cares. So now we finally have enough seats in our living room to have everyone sit without someone being on the floor or a kitchen chair.
