Mikaela Selbe


Here is my huge shoot out to my best friend of the whole wide world on her very special day. I am so happy that she got her wish for her birthday and is finally settling into the Utah way of life with her husband in Salt Lake City Utah. I can't believe that we are seperated so very far apart because you know we were sisters in heaven and all. Plus I can't imagine what life would be like not knowing how dark the tables are at Outback Steak House. Also she introduced me to milk at Hooters. Plus I have never, ever been so drunk as that night we were at Target. Good thing the pregnant lady was driving. She has helped increase my vocabulary. I had no clue about FF or FM or ES or even just S till I was around Mikaela. Bill, Barb, Nikki and Margene are now household names for us. She increased my talents by helping me learn to walk the dog with a yoyo. Albino even has special meaning to me now. I will always remember our PMS parties and especially the confession game. Shoot that red teddy got a lot of action that night. Our late night posting was even worth all the fun that it was. Say hi to Eddie for me. If this post makes no sense that is okay there really is a story behind each and every comment on here. I hope it has her laughing as hard as me tonight. Have a great day and know that I do truly love you and it is never good bye. Shoot we have a PMS party to plan for December.

That was so hilarious....don't forget Doing Laundry...but I think that was Dave! hehe! Thanks for the b-day shout out! Wished we'd spent our time together....and I look thin in that picture....maybe I should pose behind a tree and only show half of my face in every shot I'm ever in!

Now this is by no means a buy these exact thing list. I figured I would gives some basic ideas and you can run from there. I am really getting into the shabby chic look for my kitchen. As you noticed in a previous post I have gotten a few things but I have a few more things I would love to have. These are just few. I like the white and the decorative look. LOVE CRAIGSLIST

Since the new house has a room for each of the girls we ran into a slight problem. Basically how do you make two beds into three and one dresser into three. So I jumped on Craigslist this morning and found two twin size mattresses for $10 each and then another person had 2 box springs for $5 for both. I also found two dressers, nice ones at that for $20 and $40. So I furnished two rooms for $85. We already have a twin bed frame. So I figured I will keep my eyes open for another twin bed frame and keep the bunk beds together so that we have a spare bed for visitors. YES, I expect everyone to come stay with us at least once, we are the cool people. Kalaree is going to refinish (paint) one of the dressers and the bed frame that we have now for her beehive project. How cool is that. Not only does she now have a dresser but she also now has her beehive project to do. WOO HOO!!!!! I am really quite proud of myself to get all this stuff for such a great price and now I don't have to worry...

LOVE craigslist.

I was doing my usual cruise through craigslist tonight when I stumbeld upon a find. A family in a neighboring town is moving and needed to get rid of their loveseat. Slightly sunfaded is how they discribed it but it was free. Well to my surprise when I scrolled down to look guess what I found.... Yup the exact match to our living room set. It is sunfaded, it even looks purple in spots. But hey ours is not in the best of shape either so who cares. So now we finally have enough seats in our living room to have everyone sit without someone being on the floor or a kitchen chair.
