Appartently it is about the girls.

So last night I was going through my blog again and laughing at the pictures Kami took. Personally my favorite is the one were it looks like she is strangling the cat. Kezri asked me what I was laughing at and I said Kami's pictures. Well then Kezri asked Kami what she took pictures of and her reply was, "angles." Sounds like a true photographer to me. I wonder sometimes where these girls get it from. They truly are the silliest things around.

As far as I go. I finished up a baby sweater for a friend here. It is actually for her first grandbaby. I love it. It is cross over in the front type of sweater. I actually got chewed out by my nail tech yesterday because all this crocheting has flattened the sides of my nails down. Which is why I am switching to sewing for a while. I am actually going to make some burp clothes to go with the crochet items that I have been making. There are many other things that I want to sew but just not right now. Maybe in the near future. I will try to get a picture up as soon as possible on the baby sweater. I do really love to make this stuff. I feel productive with it. If only there was some way I could make a good living at photography, sewing and crocheting. But unfortunately it just doesn't pay the bills. Maybe some day I won't have to pay the bills and life could be about having fun. Well nto much else going on here. Loves to all.

Now this is by no means a buy these exact thing list. I figured I would gives some basic ideas and you can run from there. I am really getting into the shabby chic look for my kitchen. As you noticed in a previous post I have gotten a few things but I have a few more things I would love to have. These are just few. I like the white and the decorative look. LOVE CRAIGSLIST

Since the new house has a room for each of the girls we ran into a slight problem. Basically how do you make two beds into three and one dresser into three. So I jumped on Craigslist this morning and found two twin size mattresses for $10 each and then another person had 2 box springs for $5 for both. I also found two dressers, nice ones at that for $20 and $40. So I furnished two rooms for $85. We already have a twin bed frame. So I figured I will keep my eyes open for another twin bed frame and keep the bunk beds together so that we have a spare bed for visitors. YES, I expect everyone to come stay with us at least once, we are the cool people. Kalaree is going to refinish (paint) one of the dressers and the bed frame that we have now for her beehive project. How cool is that. Not only does she now have a dresser but she also now has her beehive project to do. WOO HOO!!!!! I am really quite proud of myself to get all this stuff for such a great price and now I don't have to worry...

LOVE craigslist.

I was doing my usual cruise through craigslist tonight when I stumbeld upon a find. A family in a neighboring town is moving and needed to get rid of their loveseat. Slightly sunfaded is how they discribed it but it was free. Well to my surprise when I scrolled down to look guess what I found.... Yup the exact match to our living room set. It is sunfaded, it even looks purple in spots. But hey ours is not in the best of shape either so who cares. So now we finally have enough seats in our living room to have everyone sit without someone being on the floor or a kitchen chair.
