I always over plan.

So I have big plans for this weekend. Starting with tonight. Right after work I am going grocery shopping. Doesn't that sound like fun? I am taking all three girls and we are going to Winco. I already bought the turkey but I need all the other stuff that is needed for Thanksgiving dinner. Then Kalaree is going to her friends house tonight at 9 pm to go to the midnight showing of Twilight. YES I am very jealous but know that my turn is coming. Then Saturday morning Kami has a play date at our house which I am sure her mother will come with her. So that means I will be entertaining them. While making cupcakes for Jake's birthday, because at noon he is coming up to go lunch at Rocky's of all places and then back to our house for cake and ice cream WOO HOO!!! Saturday night is my turn to finally go see the movie Twilight. Kalaree is babysitting and David and I are going out to dinner and then the movie. I also plan to teach Kezri how to sew her bag on Saturday and I need to work on some christmas and other people's birthdaya stuff or it will never get done. Oh the joys of having a ton to do. I am loving it. Oh and hte goods news is that I get Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday all off of next week. I haven't had Wednesday off in forever. So I am really glad to finally get that day off to work on stuff. I plan to bake, bake, bake that day. We planned our Thanksgiving day menu and now just a few more thngs and we are ready. Then right after Thanksgiving I can finally get out the Christmas stuff and we all know how much I love Christmas. YEA, for the weekends.

Now this is by no means a buy these exact thing list. I figured I would gives some basic ideas and you can run from there. I am really getting into the shabby chic look for my kitchen. LOVE CRAIGSLIST

Since the new house has a room for each of the girls we ran into a slight problem. Basically how do you make two beds into three and one dresser into three. So I jumped on Craigslist this morning and found two twin size mattresses for $10 each and then another person had 2 box springs for $5 for both. I also found two dressers, nice ones at that for $20 and $40. So I furnished two rooms for $85. We already have a twin bed frame. So I figured I will keep my eyes open for another twin bed frame and keep the bunk beds together so that we have a spare bed for visitors. YES, I expect everyone to come stay with us at least once, we are the cool people. Kalaree is going to refinish (paint) one of the dressers and the bed frame that we have now for her beehive project. How cool is that. Not only does she now have a dresser but she also now has her beehive project to do. WOO HOO!!!!! I am really quite proud of myself to get all this stuff for such a great price and now I don't have to worry...

LOVE craigslist.

I was doing my usual cruise through craigslist tonight when I stumbeld upon a find. A family in a neighboring town is moving and needed to get rid of their loveseat. Slightly sunfaded is how they discribed it but it was free. Well to my surprise when I scrolled down to look guess what I found.... Yup the exact match to our living room set. It is sunfaded, it even looks purple in spots. But hey ours is not in the best of shape either so who cares. So now we finally have enough seats in our living room to have everyone sit without someone being on the floor or a kitchen chair.
