Family time.

Not much going on right now. We are just hanging out with the family. We went over to my in laws today (Nancy and Larry.) It was a nice visit. Kami feel asleep sitting with Larry in the chair. It was very sweet to see the two of them curled up sleeping. But then again kids sleeping is always so peaceful and sweet to see. Kalaree spent most of the time trying to find a friend to text with and Kezri mostly complained about being bored. Typical afternoon in our house. We came back just in time to find out that Melvin had run out of the house when Jared opened the door. All it took was one yell and he came running to me. Such a stupid dog. We had a great dinner with the whole family (minus Jake and Katie) and now a game is on the tv, I am on the computer as well as David is. Kalaree is pulled into my iphone with me because she wants to hear the rest of the Relient K CD that I just bought. It is a Christian Alternative group, which really isn't bad at all. I love their Sadie Hawkins Dance song. Makes me laugh ie crazy. Kami is listening to Grandpa read and Kezri is downstairs playing with one of Jared's toys. It will probably be an early night for us since we have to leave early in the morning to travel home. I love spending time with family. I didn't plan on doing a whole lot here and I am glad I didn't. I love just having the downtime. Tomorrow we travel home to get David back to work and I get even more down time since the house was cleaned before we left. I am so excited.

Holly, thanks soooo much for the cute purse and the sign :) It was wonderful seeing you guys!!!!!!! It didn't last long enough.... Maybe next time you stay at my house so that I can get more Holly time???

Now this is by no means a buy these exact thing list. I figured I would gives some basic ideas and you can run from there. I am really getting into the shabby chic look for my kitchen. As you noticed in a previous post I have gotten a few things but I have a few more things I would love to have. These are just few. I like the white and the decorative look. I am also into anything that would go with my new Iphone. I really could use a case and I would absolutely love a docking station at home with speakers so I could use it here. LOVE CRAIGSLIST

Since the new house has a room for each of the girls we ran into a slight problem. Basically how do you make two beds into three and one dresser into three. So I jumped on Craigslist this morning and found two twin size mattresses for $10 each and then another person had 2 box springs for $5 for both. I also found two dressers, nice ones at that for $20 and $40. So I furnished two rooms for $85. We already have a twin bed frame. So I figured I will keep my eyes open for another twin bed frame and keep the bunk beds together so that we have a spare bed for visitors. YES, I expect everyone to come stay with us at least once, we are the cool people. Kalaree is going to refinish (paint) one of the dressers and the bed frame that we have now for her beehive project. How cool is that. Not only does she now have a dresser but she also now has her beehive project to do. WOO HOO!!!!! I am really quite proud of myself to get all this stuff for such a great price and now I don't have to worry...

LOVE craigslist.

I was doing my usual cruise through craigslist tonight when I stumbeld upon a find. A family in a neighboring town is moving and needed to get rid of their loveseat. Slightly sunfaded is how they discribed it but it was free. Well to my surprise when I scrolled down to look guess what I found.... Yup the exact match to our living room set. It is sunfaded, it even looks purple in spots. But hey ours is not in the best of shape either so who cares. So now we finally have enough seats in our living room to have everyone sit without someone being on the floor or a kitchen chair.
