A pirates favorite letter is R

R is for road show. I guess this is the first road show to happen in these neck of the woods for a while. Saturday is the big day and Kalaree is playing a pirate. Mikaela picked the best weekend to visit. Anyways, Kalaree needed a pirate costume so off to JoAnns we went. We found this great fabric that is black and a matching print in red and out of it was born a wonderful corset and head band. Kalaree looks great in it. We plan to shred some jeans and then we will be ready to go. Dress rehearsal is tonight. Kalaree loved the corset so much she wore it to school today. She even admitted that her mommy made it for her. She really does love me. I will take more photos this weekend mostly of the play but doesn't she look great.


As far as this weekend goes. It is the ladybug bazaar, Which is the large bazaar here in town. Road show and Kezri's primary program. So what can I say it will be busy. I can't wait. Plus it has been 15 months since I have seen Mikaela so I am walking on cloud nine right now knowing that by tomorrow night I will be reunited with my soul sister. YEA!!!!! I just hope this community is ready for the both of us. HEHEHEHEHE!!!!

I started singing the Moulin Rouge song because of the soul sista line! haha! I can't wait to see you guys...27 hours and counting...tell BILL to be ready for a tag team! ;) And Kami, she BEST be doing her French Accent for me.

LOVE CRAIGSLIST

Since the new house has a room for each of the girls we ran into a slight problem. Basically how do you make two beds into three and one dresser into three. So I jumped on Craigslist this morning and found two twin size mattresses for $10 each and then another person had 2 box springs for $5 for both. I also found two dressers, nice ones at that for $20 and $40. So I furnished two rooms for $85. We already have a twin bed frame. So I figured I will keep my eyes open for another twin bed frame and keep the bunk beds together so that we have a spare bed for visitors. YES, I expect everyone to come stay with us at least once, we are the cool people. Kalaree is going to refinish (paint) one of the dressers and the bed frame that we have now for her beehive project. How cool is that. Not only does she now have a dresser but she also now has her beehive project to do. WOO HOO!!!!! I am really quite proud of myself to get all this stuff for such a great price and now I don't have to worry...

LOVE craigslist.

I was doing my usual cruise through craigslist tonight when I stumbeld upon a find. A family in a neighboring town is moving and needed to get rid of their loveseat. Slightly sunfaded is how they discribed it but it was free. Well to my surprise when I scrolled down to look guess what I found.... Yup the exact match to our living room set. It is sunfaded, it even looks purple in spots. But hey ours is not in the best of shape either so who cares. So now we finally have enough seats in our living room to have everyone sit without someone being on the floor or a kitchen chair.
